DRC election notice

On the 28th of November the DRC will hold its presidential elections. We would like to give our (potential) visitors a heads-up about this period, so everyone is well prepared.
During election day (28th) the borders of Goma and Bunagana will be closed, so no one can enter or leave the country on that date. The DGM (DRC customs) have informed us the border will reopen on the 29th.
We would like to advise all our visitors to be extra cautious during the period of the election (28th of November untill the results on the 6th of December), if you have any doubts about safety, please contact our sales office to ask for the latest situation.
